Ask for the documents you need.

Every clearance has its own requirements. Select the owner, vessel and documents for your request. QuayDocs notifies the owner, so they can review it and approve access.

Brokers can request on behalf of a charterer, with both able to see the release.

Keep control of what you share.

Respond to requests from your vessel document library. Choose which documents to release, set the access period and hold back anything being renewed.

Each release is tied to the person who requested it.

Keep track of what's due for renewal.

Store expiry dates alongside your documents and choose when you want a reminder. Keep upcoming renewals in view as you manage your library.

How it works

  1. 01

    Request the documents.

The charterer or broker selects the vessel and the files needed for the clearance.

  2. 02

    The owner reviews.

The owner chooses what to release and sets the access period.

  3. 03

    The requester downloads.

Approved documents are available to the person who made the request.

Bring your next document request to QuayDocs.

We're opening early access to vessel owners, managers, charterers and brokers.

Questions

What about signed certificates?

QuayDocs does not issue class certificates, and it is not approved by a class society or the IMO. A file released for a request is a copy for that request.

Does email approve a release?

Email notifies. Email does not approve a release and does not carry the file.
